Philippe Max Rouja is the Custodian of Historic Wrecks for the Islands of Bermuda.  The Bermuda Government worker was recently featured on CNN this past July.  One of the things that stood out from the breathtaking reminders of our island's underwater magnificence were his words of encouragement.  Philippe believes that Bermuda is a microcosm almost for the rest of the worlds environmental issues.  As such he believes that Bermuda has the potential to show the rest of the world how it might be able to live in greater harmony with the natural wonders that have been bestowed upon us.
