Passion and purpose are powerful elements. Every person has gifts and talents that can make a lasting impression. However, only a few  people succeed finding and using  those gifts and talents to live up to their full potential. Tying your gifts and talents with your personal purpose not only leads to a more successful and satisfying vocation, but a significant one.

Sir Ken Robinson touches on this issue in a very challenging plea to consider the limits of our current model of education and our own personal part in that model.  He talks about personalisation.  In that regard,  every teacher still has a great deal of freedom even within the current system.
